Pricing

For estate planning services, after your initial consultation, Froese Law does not charge per meeting, per call, or per email. You will be charged a reasonable, flat rate for the value of the services you are receiving. We call this Value Billing.

At our initial meeting, once I learn more about your situation and what you need, I will quote you a flat fee. No surprises, no hesitating to pick up the phone and call me because you are afraid you’ll be nickel and dimed for every conversation. If you have questions about pricing you would like to have answered before an initial consultation, please do not hesitate to contact me.

*Please note that some services, such as drafting or reviewing contracts, guardianship matters, and some probate matters, are billed at an hourly rate.
